Melanie Fiona's "Give It to Me Right" is NOT a tango, I know this, but we're going to have to butcher/sweetheartize/wrangle something tangoey in to this if I can't find a better idea.

J's am partner for this fund-raiser likes "grrl p0wr" songs- chicks taking charge, whatever, but most of those for modern-day music "that you hear on the radio and recognize" are swings and cha-chas.

Does anyone have any suggestions for a good tango that feels danceably traditional... but isn't? I believe that Tango is one thing that should STAY 'purist'... but the people organizing DWOS aren't ballroom dancers, and frankly, as nice as they are, still don't know their asses from a hole in the ground, and don't take kindly to constructive criticism.

”We need a witness to our lives.  There's a billion people on the planet, what does any one life really mean? But in a marriage, you're promising to care about everything.  The good things, the bad things, the terrible things, the mundane things, all of it, all of the time, every day. "
