it can warn you about anything. if you are going into your profile page, you'll find out that you have "Account Related Settings" & "Look and Layout Preferences" & "Personal Message Options" ...

in the "Personal Message Options" you can put also people on the ignore list, make a pop up window when you get a PM ....  Grin
