do you mean ass-ets or EM's concern, which was her talents Undecided

Yes, I would rather release a little asset and keep my talent. Wink

I wish some of my assets would become talents.

Building muscle will actually make you heavier than the same volume of fat!  Its a realization I had - I got rid of most of my body fat and then when I was doing a lot of dancing started to get heavier again!

5'11" I'm 169 lb - my ideal weight is 164 or so.  Below that I get the facial bonyness problem QPO mentioned.  However, I noticed that if I go low and then add some fat to my diet it seems to fill my face out before my body.  So maybe there is a perfect timing for comps...

My problem is that I gain weight around my middle and butt, but lose it around my talents.

I release weight in my face first, then my middle and lastly the asset. I do talent exercises to keep the talents intact. Cheesy
