It appears as though they've ripped the images from other places and used them without asking permission from the image owners.

Don't think I'm not flattered to have my likeness show up as an example on a site somewhere in BFE, but hey, now, it's called credit, and I'd like me some right now, thanks.

It looks like a Japanese site. You might get some answers if you could get a Japanese to read some of the text for you.

A lot of the Japanese text is just general blog-related stuff. 'Daily life' etc. None of the actual blog that  Icould see was in Japanese. It seems that the owner of the site has chosen the cheap alternative in web domains and taken one in Japanese. It would stand to reason, because they can't seem to afford actual images.

Still, I'm not sure about anything else. Sorry I couldn't be of more help.
