Oh my Lord!  This has got to be the most annoying video in the history of youtube!! They spend the first two minutes (no exaggeration) picking their music.  The content owner really needs to use her edit function.  lol.  they start dancing at 2:17 or 2:18.

Is this the waltz you're taking about, bw?

Foxtrot,is was and will be.  And I got to do 90 minutes of it today working on swing...

Would you like to swing on a star,
Carry moonbeams home in a jar,
You could be better off than you are....

I think its time I went home!

Very sad that, except for Michael Buble and Harry Connick Jr there's rarely a foxtrot to be had in contemporary music.  It's a beautiful dance.

who cares - there enough old music of the pre-60s era to keep dancing till you die!  And I'd rather use the originals that buble's rehashes..

Different perspectives.  If you dance primarily at ballroom events, it's a non-issue.  There will be foxtrots, and good ones.  If you dance socially at, say for example, supper clubs, it's pretty much Michael Buble and Harry Connick Jr or nothing, foxtrot wise.   If you dance at nightclubs, you probably won't even get that much.

That's what I figured.  Cool

Oh my goodness.  I remember the time that my beginner/intermediate studio group went out to a nightclub for a social.  The people who only knew foxtrot were so desperate that they started dancing foxtrot to any song in 4/4.  In retrospect, it was funny.  Then not so much.
