its where you really want to be.  I remember DSV commenting that time can become eternal on the dance floor - its a bit easier for the follow as she does not have to stay tuned to the floor craft but apparently with sufficient experience it happens to the lead too - when you watch teh top level dancers (and the juniors are as good at this as the pros I tihnk) they dance through each other with hardly a thuought - it all becomes automatic.  I suppose its something that is reached only after a lot of floort time - maybe social dancing is better to get that skill than competition since you never know what they are going to throw at you Wink

Almost always. I want to "think" that I am dancing technically well, and I want that to help me to "feel" and "look" beautiful.


And, don't you tell anyone that I like being beautiful; it'll totally ruin my image.......   Wink   Cheesy

i try to achieve this every time, not always successful, but when it does  happen boy it is a truly memorable moment which we always follow by a kiss comp or no comp!

Asked a couple that I am coaching for an upcoming comp what they thought about. Without hesitation, he said, "Like you told us last year... Who's going to be second?"

When I am out on the floor I use to think about what I had to do and now I go out to enjoy ourselves, I sing along to the music and have fun, we smile at each other. People says it shows and I think our dancing is better for that approach.

Shoulder line - check
music - not too much
whites of eyes??? Wish I had that problem.  Its not that they aren't white Undecided but that they are small so everyone thinks they are closed!
