I'll agree with that.  And certain people seem to do it more often than others as well, I've noticed.

My pet peeve for the day:  Wrong numbers at the buttcrack of dawn.  If you're going to call somebody before 10am, at least have the courtesy to make sure you've got the right number.  It does not warm my heart to be woken up incredibly early by the phone on my day off by a wrong number. Roll Eyes

I've watched and if the customer doesn't use it they throw them back in a bin and stick them on the next person's plate - euch...
