I think we have one braodband cable serving a whole industrial estate. a Youtube vid plays in 15 second snatches with a couple of mintues between.

It really is a world view, which can be both good and bad, IMV.   Could have a long, long conversation about that ...

Total change of subject pet peeve:   TV commercials that go for the gross-out factor.   already this morning: exterminator commercial that features disgustingly realistic pictures  of termites AND mouthwash commercial full of wiggly bacteria.  *shudder*
