Customers who sit there and stare at you like they want to be served right now, and then who take months to decide what they actually want to buy. Make your decisions, and then stare at me all you want. As long as by the time I get to you you know what you want (exactly what, not just 'ham'), and how much of it.

my mother spent her life working with small-goods and would often get annoyed with customers, especially the ones that ask for 1 slice of something and 2 slices of really think ham....and were rude to her, so when she wrapped the ham or whatever she would press down and squash it together she could have a vengeful streak

The one thing I'll point out is the scenario that you get in restaurants sometimes.  You sit down, start looking at the menu, and the waitress comes over to ask if you know what you want.  You don't yet, so you decide to do the polite thing and tell her that you aren't ready, so she can go do something else while you're thinking.  Then you never see her again.

And they insist on geting your drink order when you sit down but I don't want to order my wine until I know what I am going to eat with it.  Obviously to try to drive the bill up as much as possible and becaues a drunk diner eats more than a sober one

When you call a friend for something, they don't answer, and then later instead of calling you back, they text you.  Uh, I called you instead of texting myself for a reason...
