SnowBall Classic 2010 will have 4 world-ranking competitions, sanctioned by the IDSF (International DanceSport Federation)

IDSF World Cup Latin
IDSF International Open Standard
IDSF International Open Latin
IDSF Senior Open Standard (ages 35 & up)

Plus syllabus level competitions for Juvenile, Junior, Under-21, Adult, and Senior I age categories  Senior II Open Latin & Standard will also be offered.

IDSF World Cup Latin Coming to Vancouver!
The President of the International DanceSport Federation (IDSF), Mr. Carlos Freitag of Spain, announced on February 9 that the IDSF World Cup Latin Competition has been awarded to the SnowBall Classic on January 22-24, 2010 in Vancouver, BC.

The world’s best Latin dancers will compete for one of the most prized trophies in DanceSport, just prior to the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver.
