Well, the die is cast: Arunas Bizokas & Katusha Demidova just won the WDC world championship in Tokyo, can Blackpool resist?

I got to see them live in Montreal just a few months ago - they kindly stood in when Lucas and Lorraine had to cancel.  Little did I know I was watching the very imminent world champions...

I haven't seen them yet, but hope to sometime (OSB hopefully?)  Have seen the other side though, since Michael and Joanna did show at WCO.  And saw Tomas/JT in Nevada.  Just need to see Jose and Joanna now.  Smiley

OK: so whats next??
We have the standing world champions - Arunas and Katusha and we now have two recently-ex world champions Mirko and Alessia with new partners and into that mix we will soon add Victor Fung with a new partner.

Will Arunas and Katusha retain their crown at Blackpool or will it be short lived???  Is  there someone else in the wings that must be added to the mix??

The ballroom world wants to know...

Makes it interesting & exciting not knowing what will happen.  Am going to Blackpool this weekend to watch the Latin World Championships and really excited but I think every-one knows who will win...  Sadly Sergey/Melia & Slavik/Anna are not dancing but there are some shows (according to website anyway) so hoping it is them  Grin
