Doris Day really belts out  Que Sera Sera in that movie, doesn't she?   IRC, that song got very high on the pop charts, back in the day. amazing how things have changed.

Yes, the version in he movie is really harsh - not the gentle motherly one on the recording at all!

In at least oe scene, she's trying to drown out the sound of hubby (Jimmy Stewart) searcing for her long lost baby boy. I'd belt it out too.
