wow I just noticed, I can only view pics from this thread if I logged in, none of the photos from this thread are viewable if I'm not logged in, so this thread are not for guests, only for member with certain post counts (reached certain level)?

Thats odd - its not how this board was set up (its by board by the way, not topic).

I made one change - can you check again if you still can not see it without registering?

So you saw the text?  I've no explanation for that - it must be a software glitch.  OTOH it protects identities for less-than-respectable guests.  Let them register....

Picttures that are uploaded to PDO/attached to the thread do not show up if you're not logged in.  Pictures hosted elsewhere and just linked/embedded here in thread show up whether you're logged in or not.

oh such a shame, I was just about to forward this thread to DP's mom who's in Ukraine - to see that our photos on PDO thread, guess she won't be able to view the pics of thread, no way she's gonna to register, she doesn't even speak English. I was also planning to forwarding the thread to sponsor to show their dresses on this wonderful site, I doubt they would register either...

My parents won't see it either, they would only browse, they don't like to register anything...

You could give parents yours or DPs login/password if you want. Or could register a new login/password for them. Then could have someone local help parents login to PDO if they didn't know how to do so. Just an idea.

Don’t think they’ll register, I’ve tried ask them to register facebook to view all my photos there last year, they still haven’t do so. Too many passwords for them, anything requires username and password, they would pass.
I guess only alternative way to show is that I log in, print out the pages with our photos then scan into pdf file and show them, such a pain, and would use up a lot of my colored inks:(
