I blame Elise for starting this thread
And instead of just having an Aussie one, let's hear it from everyone!
Arvo = Afternoon
Bestie = Best Friend
Barbie = BBQ

soooo, 'I am sick' means I am good, or I am bad or I am bad but good...

Not quite. More used in the context of:
A: 'What was the concert like?'
B: 'It was fully sick!'
I will not be caught dead saying such a thing...sounds so...bogan.

i am learning BFGisms;
eg repulsant; scrumdiddleyumptious;
" your head is emptier than a bundongle"
"Don’t gobblefunk around with words"
"Upgoing bubbles is a catasterous disastrophe!”"
“It’s a trogglehumper!” he shouted. His voice was filled with fury and anguish. “Oh, save our solos!” he cried. “Deliver us from weasels! The devil is dancing on my dibbler!”

A few regionalisms that I've heard:
North Alabama/Tennessee:
"fireplug" = fire hydrant
"glass" = window, especially a car window (e.g., "Please roll down the glass on your side, we need some more air in the car!")
Chattanooga:
"lay-by" = layaway
St. Louis:
"provo" = provolone cheese
South Florida:
"cardiac canyon" = any neighborhood of high-rise condos populated mainly by retirees (particularly the one on A1A in Ft. Lauderdale known as the Galt Mile)
"west coast" = Gulf coast of Florida (if you mean California, you have to specify that)
Florida panhandle:
"blow" = hurricane
Maryland:
"Baltwash" = Baltimore-Washington Parkway

Elvira: someone who dresses trashy. E.g., "That looks like Elvira!" (The Oak Ridge Boys song was a Southerner inside joke! )
