how better to use ankle rise....they keep saying that I danced on the floor and not into the floor, but know one could explain that to me in a way I could understand. Undecided

So far, my unluckiest time was 3 dances, then rest for 1min30sec, followed by 7 straight.  Undecided

They have a new rule here that quickstep and vieneese have to be 1.5 minutes.  That separates the dancers from the poseurs Cheesy

The importance of body control/core strength..... am starting to also realise that there is a very good reason why some things weren't emphasised earlier even though I might've liked them to be.
