Yes I read that as well no-one will never really know what the reason is but agree they were really doing well.

Big news for Canadian ballroom - from what I can glean the two govening bodies,CDF & CDDSC,  have announced a unification to form the National Dance Council of Canada - NDCC - as the common representing organization.

As I understand it this means (I hope) that Canadian dancers will be able to dance in any competition for the first time in many years, spreading the Freedom to Dance movement.
