If it is muscle then you are not fatter, you are bigger. That just might be too big a change to let out. Check with a dance tail suit tailor and ask for different solutions.

Yes, surprisingly dancing does create muscle tone even without going to a gym. I have never been to a gym in my life and I have “cuts” around my center. You are working the body and creating long tone and flexible muscles when dancing BR

I have found that my back muscles are getting more defined, from having to hold myself in dance position....no gym required.
