Wow! Thank you!!!! Thank you!!!

Yeah that night was pretty special for me... had a blast! RT and Largo (my respective nicknames on my blog for my pros) are SOOO good to me... heck that whole Chicago North studio and the region in fact... are really good to me.. I am one of the luckiest gals in the world.

I got my scores yesterday... overall I'm pretty pleased...

In order of the dances...
Fox Trot 92
Merengue 93
Mambo 93
East Coast 93
Tango 92
Waltz 94 (HOW DID THAT HAPPEN.. I don't Waltz!  Shocked)
Cha Cha 94
Rumba 94
Salsa 95 (yeah baby!  Grin)
Hustle 94

Highest score given all evening was a 96 and Jack Davy was the judge... he wrote a good portion of the Bronze syllabus if not all of it.. so he knows what he's looking for.

THANK YOU AGAIN!!! I am so honored that you liked my dancing!

I've been waiting to see this post pop up on my RSS Feed for the last couple of days now, so I'm glad that Em pulled the link up here.

CONGRATULATIONS KAT!!!

I can't wait to get home and see the videos (streaming media is blocked at the office Sad)

I'm so glad to hear that you had such a wonderful time!  It sounds like it was a fantastic experience for you.

She definitely did great, and her salsa was by far best out there.  You could see that jack kept going back to them, spent like 2/3 of that heat just watching Kat and RT and obviously thrilled with their dancing.

Was a fun time for everyone, but man was it hot and crowded.  Smiley

That about sums up the night and how enthusiastic it was.  And pro show was great too.  Of course, I think that Stagekat's studio and my studio had the best dancers: am and pro.  Wink

Of course I'm a reader!  I've been following for a couple of months now, actually. Smiley  Your journey is extremely inspiring Kat, and I'm so glad that you're allowing us to be a part of it.

So what's next on your list?  Where is this momentum going to take you?

Next on my list... hmmm.. well I have a few goals based on what I see in those videos but... as far as what I'm going to do with my dancing longer than for the next month.. I'm not sure... still unemployed and if the emergency extension doesn't come through on unemployment then I'll be taking a break indefinately... but we're not thinking about that right now... just taking it one day at a time... but the moment I know.. you know I'll blog!

Thank you!!!

One day at a time is a good thing.  So is the baby steps approach as far as the dancing goals go! (Personally, that's my favorite way to do it)  I can't wait to hear what you've got planned next. Cheesy

Your blog is one of the not so many places where partnerdanceonline.com comes up on google!  Thats how I first found it in fact.  Nice stuff - and congrats on the dance scores, you should be exceedingly pleased Smiley
