Set up some bone marrow chimeras 5 weeks ago for an important experiment next week.

Bled the mice and analysed the blood today, all 20 wild type chimera mice reconstituted B cell population nicely, only half the mutants did but less percentage B cells.

Fingers crossed I will have enough cells for my experiment on Monday!

There's a lot of trust involved in dancing with a BoS dancer though... at least for the follow, right?  Seems easier to have that trust if you get to know the person.

I think I danced with my first BoS partner ever last wed.  I had never met the guy before that evening - we danced a rumba and it was obvious to me that he knew what he was doing.  I then asked him if he would do a waltz with me.  He said sure.  I would say that the trust developed in, maybe 3 steps?  After that we were flying accross the room and I have absolutely no idea what steps we did.  It wasn't my concern.  Trust had absolutely NOTHING do do with 'knowing him' or even what he could do it was transmitted by his lead and my acquiesence.  I'm pretty sure he has no idea what the 'body school' term means - I can only describe it as becoming one with him.  I had no reservations and absolutely no fear - my body wasn't mine to worry about it as it became his conduit to dancing.  I would have to say that it was at once the most spiritual and most physical thing I have ever experienced.
