No, SW has submitted a paper to that journal.  Its been reviewed twice and each time the reviewers have asked for changes - so now he is 'editing' the paper for the third time (actually, its more than editing, its rewriting the content with or without new data).

Actually, its a good sign to be still in the game for a third review.  Unless its an issue that came up on the first one that the authors failed to rebut things should work out well.. Crossing fingers... Smiley
