Indeed it does.... I'm looking at stathmin degredation under oxidative stress, and the prevention of degredation by N-acetyl-cysteine. Now we're talking geek stuff!  Did you hear something? Must have been the hum of the power supply.. Its not possible that purified stathmin has an an associated kinase is it? |

would be a suprise if it did - there must be at least a dozen other potential phosphorylation sites on that big protein... Have you run it through a P predicting utility? |
