Folks, don't forget that when you start a topic about a comp here, you can link it to the PDO calendar.  After you post, as you are looking at the topic, there's a button at the bottom of the page that says "Link to Calendar".  Click on that, and then enter the name of the event, starting date, and number of days.  It will put an entry on the calendar and hot-link it to the topic.  Upcoming events appear at the bottom of the page when you are at the home page.

Everyone, when you put in a multi-day event, make sure you set the number of days on the calendar entry.  Otherwise, the calendar will only show the first day.

Is the calendar limited to just competitions? What about showcases and studio parties?

I would like to suggest to provide the comp website link right there too, so much easier for people to check location and schedule.

Thanks.  A link directly on the calendar would be a good idea, but I don't know if the forum software provides a way to do it.  I'll investigate that.

I saw there’s link to the PDO thread discussing the comp, can we add the 2nd link for the comp site same way as the 1st link of PDO thread?
