Oh yeah, guess I should actually comment on the results too.  Yay Chris/Simona and Paul/Borbala!  heh, we were all trading texts back and forth with Chris and he was obviously thrilled.  Which you could see from start just because he was responding almost immediately.  When he's not happy with his results he'll kind of pout and will take an hour or two to respond. 

Two more couples from that studio, and one from my main studio will be competing tonight, so I'm hoping to have some more good results to post.  :0

Isn't that the wrong way round?  the rule of judging is that you have to get the top marks with the preponderance of judges - the second couple has two 2 (or higher) but that is not a preponderance - you have to have three out of 4 (odd number, 4).  The next couple has three 3s or higher so should have been in second place ?

Nope, counts left to right (1-6).  2 2nd's is more than no 2nds, so they got 2nd.

but if you have one 1 and the next couple has noe but 4 2s I don't think you win.  Thats the whole thing about the 'preponderance of judges'.  But was there really only 4 judges in each heat?  usually they have an odd number to help avoid ties...
