Had a really pleasant Sunday.
Went bush walking with my step-father, step-brother and step-sister. We saw what is apparently the biggest living hardwood tree in the world. Her name is Ada. Cheesy
I need to go out bush walking more often. It is something I love doing but don't do enough of. Must fix that!

bush walking sounds so wild somehow - is it, I mean, is there a danger of being eaten by something?  I just came back from the ontario countryside where you have a reasonable chance of being killed by a bear or run down by a moose.  Sure good for the senses... Wink

No, they don't. Bushwalking in Australia is pretty much harmless. There are occasional spiders, snakes, and disease-carrying flies. Apart from that, it's all fine. The bush is a lovely place to walk through.

I have yet to see a bear in the wild here - but I have seen moose in the woods (but not this time).  To be honest there seems to be more wildlife in my backgarden than in the canadian 'outback'!

Well, I've been busy these last few days so I haven't had much time on PDO.

The big news: I have a new BF. Grin
We've know each other for a while now but only recently decided to 'go out' together.
Tuesday night after the social he took me to a hotel opposite Albert Park and we didn't leave till 7pm the next day Shocked I spent more than 24hrs with him. Shocked
My parents weren't too impressed but they'll get over it soon, I hope.

I can't wait to see peoples' reactions at my studio's comp tomorrow.  Grin
I've known everyone there and especially my teacher, since I was 9 yrs old and I think he is slightly protective of me. It shall be an interesting night. Wink
