This time you started at the top.  But learn one thing - just because a high journal rejected you does not mean that you have to send it to a lower one.  Its very peculiar to the journal - I now often send it higher on the assumption that they are not bright enough to understand its importance. 

After all, who runs journals?  Failed scientists too often...

Glad to finally get a proper desk at work today.  When I first arrived there about six weeks ago, I had to accept a sort of half-desk that was completely open to the walkway.  The door to the main hallway was just to my left; the printers were just to my right, and the microwave oven was right behind me.  Over the six weeks I learned to ignore most of it, although I never got completely used to the all the racket of loading paper into the color printer -- it only holds one ream, and we go through 6-7 per day, so it seemed like there was always someone yanking that drawer out and trying to wedge a ream of paper into it.

Came back yesterday in the afternoon and collapsed in bed - slept for over 2 hrs then went out for a late 2 hr dance lesson.  Slept again (whats this twice in a day!) and feel terrific Smiley
