here just about to go to a lesson need to warm up....get that knee joint ready.... I can only do a light training session what ever that is. Roll Eyes I will work on the lady jobs

While I was in toronto doing the same thing.  Not quite the same experience compared with competing is it? Undecided

Not mcuh dancing for the past 9 months now due to my Achilles tendon so not a lot to report.  So frustrating since last year at this time it was my right one.  That's the problem, the stress created from one injury causes the other.  Just starting some lessons and taking it slow but will have to push it to try and get the dances even half-way decent for the competition in October.

You have to fight through a lot of crap before you find your way up out of the toilet. Sometimes I think I have a good hold on the rim then I slip back in.  Each time I don't sink quite as deep though. - Rugby

gosh sounds like me.. plagued with these injuries...Sad part is that I do warm ups etc and cool downs  just want it over to get back to dancing!
