Quick question here, is there any way of fixing a tail suit whereby decolouring has occured? It is only a small patch where the man and lady are attached.

that is a tricky one and you may need to seek professional advice, as you don't want to damage it further, you can get dyes and spot colour, but you would want to make sure that it is the same colour.
