Oh sure.  Absolutely. Cool   In my mind, the similarity is in the fact that I didn't realize the power of using head weight until  got my head out of the way, so to speak.

I can imagine (and I plan to try this VERY SOON) that,as soon as you learn to stop trying not to fall, it opens a huge window for you to really  move.  This is so powerful. Smiley

Nothing is more strengthening than to make yourself totally vulnerable to everyone.  I know, I had to do it once. 
Once you do that, expose your greatest weakness - you have nothing to fear.  I didn't do it on purpose - kind of wish I had - but it happened.

OTOH its not something I'd really want to repeat Grin

I can see that. Would love to take DSV's falling class.  I bet the little kids are much better at it than the adults, at least at first.
