My instructor has threatened to have someone do that to us with regards to chairs coming out of no where.

We might get an interesting time after the Adelaide Show, when there will be all sorts of blow up things around. We might get a few of them slid at us.

I have yet to experience flying objects but I have had people trying to box us in on the dance floor

saw the most amazing floorcraft on Saturday at our comp. In the Adult Open Standard - 7 couples on the floor doing the quickstep. 5 couples all went to the centre of the floor in what looked like was going to be huge crash. The whole audience responded with a huge sigh of horror when they all peeled away and changed direction. Not one couple collided. They got a huge round of applause at the end. I have never seen anything like it. That was floorcraft.!!!

On the contrary, I saw some shocking floorcraft at the comp yesterday. It was full of U13 kids, and they know nothing but to dance their routines regardless of the others on the floor. So many kids crashed.
Then we had an interesting time with floorcraft too. At one point we got boxed into a corner, right in front of a judge. There were also about 10 couples on the floor in a waltz, where the floor was only meant to fit 5. It really screwed with our routine, and made us concentrate on not hitting people rather than technique.

that would have been great to see.....there is something on the internet like that with a foxtrot. everyone started in a corner then went into the middle and you thought there was going to be a big crash but they all passed each other almost like a formation team
