I've made a few changes to the point count levels. 

First, I added a new level so that i could reduce the gap between intermediate and full bronze. 
I also started the star awards from bronze on - now you get an extra star for each major advancement (bronze, silver gold).   I also found that I could add up to 10 stars - so that is now the max for the world champion.
