Phone call with Dad yesterday: 5 minutes, max
Phone call with Mom on Mother's Day: an hour later, I'm still on the phone...

Gosh, so much fuss on something the retail industry has invented so we have a reason to spend money at theirs.

Don't need a specific day or someone to tell me to call a special person, can do it any day of the year because they are that special person
