I did that when I was weaning myself from caffeine.  I cut back on the hours I was allowed to consume it from both ends of the day until, eventually. i wasn't drinking it at all.

DS is having his pre-dinner snack.  Oranges are horrible quality and very expensive this time of year, but what the heck.  DS is a creature of habit.  Orange and strawberries all year round, regardless of cost ... or quality.  Embarrassed
