we have ours in the car. We listen to it all the time when we go on long drives. Gary has put just about every CD we own plus we have bought heaps of music from itunes. They are amazing. You should think about getting one as they aren't that expensive these days - you could also using an iphone to do the same thing - they hold a lot of music except they are larger. I have a work one

yes I know...we have a Mrobe which we inherited and V used that for the listening of music especially when we he cant sleep. So up till now we have not really needed to have an IPOD, but trying to investigate how for both of us to listen to music while we dance it seems to be the only option popping up.

Hi QPO - I think an Apple IPOD with a RockStar Splitter would work Its Belkin part number F8Z274 and they are around $20.00 RRP. You can also get the Fast Fit Sport Armband to attach the ipod to your arm they are $40 RRP also from Belkin Part number F8Z334. - mummsie
'Rock star splitter'? All sorts of interesting thoughts come to mind - except that I think we have enough already
Is that a devise with one plug and two ear phone outlets?
It might be interesting to try dancing with only the lead with earplugs (the bud sealing kind) - then only he could hear the music and the follow would HAVE to just follow....

apparently so..you can buy replacement hard drives. V has fixed a liquid display for a camera that got damaged, and then a mobile phone screen and replaced the housing.....he could find on e bay a new hard drive for 100au....so that is cheaper than buying a new unit...

yes we are about the last person on the planet not to have an IPOD,
and it would only get used for that.
I too and ipodless; I prefer the ambience of not having things stuck in my ears.

I use them occasionally, but I find them very uncomfortable and I have trouble keeping the things in my ears. I much prefer the old-fashioned, closed-ear headphones.
