Hey, a friend of mine who is competing for the first time in Niagara (he and his DP have also joined this site) teaches mixology and I hear he is very good.  They are going to compete in Kingston and perhaps we can convince him to whip something up for those of us who are going.  It would be worth a meet-up at the hotel.
