Where do these Dance Fever clips keep coming from?  People's old VHS tapes that they're converting to digital?   Cool   And  do you track any of the other old dance shows, BP? I wouldn't mind seeing some vintage Bandstand.  Grin

A lot of these were on You Tube and some on Vimeo. they definitely are from people's old VHS tapes.

On You Tube there are some old Bandstand clips, these for example :

Thanks!   What a pleasant blast from my past!! "It's got a great beat.  You can dance to it.  I'll give it an 85!"  Words to live by. Grin

It's a shame that the powers that be don't pull some full episodes from their vaults, restore them and make them available.  There's a lot of footage from Bandstand and Soul Train, for example, that predates VHS or BetaMax, but still would be nice to see.  The only thing I've seen is footage that producer types would think was significant -- stuff like the Beatles, Madonna or the Rolling  Stones.  Nothing with just ordinary schmucks, dancing to popular tunes of the day.*sigh*
