Keep both feet on the floor and let your partner ski you around him.

You have to fight through a lot of crap before you find your way up out of the toilet. Sometimes I think I have a good hold on the rim then I slip back in. Each time I don't sink quite as deep though. - Rugby

easier said than done, you youngins recover really well, the older you get the longer it takes to recover from an injury and that impacts on work, then finances....I can go on

well slipping over is not one of the things I try to do. have fallen down a few times and each time I have hurt something...I do my darnest now to not have that happen...

I'll take it as a good sign, then, that I've been thrown from horses more times than I can count but I never seriously hurt myself. Some strained muscles and soreness + bruises, but that's about it.
