Vaseline - you are supposed to put it in your mouth to stop drying and guys use it to stop their patent leather shoes from sticking to each other - but in reality it sits in your bag until one day it pops open and you end up with a slimy mess, usually just before a competition.

Ever tried cleaning vasline?  It was invented to resist solvents....

Pencil/pen to put between chin and collar bone, certainly helps with keeping the chin up  Roll Eyes

think more about keeping the shoulders down and the neck straight.


you do not want to tip the head backwards to get the chin up ... which is why the pencil idea sort of works -
