Yes, the nighttime thread. Post from 12-6 am - or reply to someone else who is, either is fine... Just had a 'house is burning down' nightmare - though for a change I actually managed to put the thing out. So thats actually quite positive - but I would rather no fire and no success over it.... Its 5 am but feels much earlier as I could not get to sleep last night..... er, good morning! Glad to be alive

I agree, sometimes I hear the weirdest things outside, especially since they built lots of new townhouses across the street. Our bedrooms are at the font of the house and you hear everything.

Perhaps you were picking up on Nick's brainwaves as he was trying to open up one of the doors to let in some cat friends to party while you were not around. Did you find a stash of catnip hidden somewhere before you left?

If Nick got the door open he'd probably be half way to Rogers stadium to watch a ball game and drink beer.... Nora meanwhile would be fretting as to whether she was allowed to go through an open door

So if I see a short furry guy in a stolen vehicle beeping the horn to pick up Kittius then I know it's Nick.

you got it - except that he's not that short - over 3 ft when stretched out. Yes, I'm on it a few more feet and he would be an amazing dance partner - think of the tango

Nick and Kittius would make quite a team. Kittius started out as a farm kitten and is a big cat too. He is also an accomplished Ballroom dancer that can dance both the lead and follow. He practices with both myself and DP. He is so easy to work with and he even overlooks the fact that both DP and myself are not in his league but dances with us anyways.

Rugby; kittius is an older cat yes but he has enormous potential expressing his feelings. I have watched him stand still for several minutes yet still tell me all with a flick of his tail and nod of his head. He is regal even in his litter box.
