yes my list to. it is amazing that at first it was very general, very surface, barely a scratch. Now dear me it is a carving. lol

but it is rather interesting to "see" how much deeper this is and even more interesting the things I am discovering about myself.

well as far as level

I am 38 and I am doing newcomer and pre-bronze my first comp so ........ by OSB 2010 I would like to be doing open bronze (?) or syllabus silver (?)

still have not figured out what all of this is yet. lol

And I'm just a teeny bit older than you and still in pre-bronze.....so I'm thinking it is likely if we did compete in the same competition, we could be on the dance floor together!

Well.  It went well.  Still things I need to incorporate in my dancing, but I am learning so many new ideas and concepts and I have a marvelously patient instructor.

I am not surprised that you are learning new idea and concepts. There is not that many in the US that understand your instructors concepts.
Hang in there you will soon get the hang of it.

I hope when DP says that he can see the improvement, that he really does and isn't just saying it.  It makes me feel much better about my dancing when he tells me something I must do and I can start to incorporate it.
On the other hand, he is still pointing out things that need to be corrected from FP....at least I am consistent in what I am not doing! 
But I can already see the difference in my attitude.
