all my joint troubles were a dream.. even though I am 100% better than what I was I will never be what I was....look forward to health science making improvements without so much invasive surgery.

I have had both knees worked on but no knee replacements, it is just they get so stiff and fluid filled from time to time and then dancing becomes uncomfortable. other times it feels a great pleasure.

I am doing my best not to have any more surgery...I think my dodgey knees is better than pretend knees, particularly for women

Interesting point: is knee replacement surgery better or worse for either sex?  I don't have a feel for that - in what way is it worse for women?

Not 100% sure but my GP said that he has seen that Knees replacements in men work well and women not so well he believes the structure of the knee is difference for a women. Found a couple of articles that note the difference.

yes and small medium and large is offered. not gender or ethnic specific. and what I read in an article some people should never do serious weight training as it will bow their legs.
