yes I can walk but I have to limit it as much as possible. I can only ride the bike and do floor exercises....they are saying that they will not estimate when I can return but it wont be before december.

yes the cleaned up the loose bits and the bits that were peeling. there are some spots which are bone on bone, but it is the fulid in there that has to come out. but a friend who is a medical person says that it will take 6 weeks to go away....then I wait to see the next step. I am hopeing to be fit for november. but I wont get my hopes up to be dissapointed.

while we are having our summer break we are goijng to do balance and connection practice.....learning not to rely on each other. We have started to dance together apart!
