Watching the Luca & Lorraine video SG posted in the 'last lesson i learned thread' (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AMOLIbgQELU&feature=related) actually made me realize how strong, for lack of a better word, his or their dancing looks, now watching Victor & Anna dance foxtrot at the same conference (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ALXgC9lcvl0&feature=related) just seems like its missing something compared to the Luca foxtrot, could this be the 'melting' of cores that he talks about at the end of that video, and if not what is it?

I watched the clip of Victor and Anna and even though it started out with foxtrot I was impressed with the quickstep and those steps  they demonostrated were done by a danish couple in Blackpool in 2004 and the commentator of the time said very well executed but too flashy for me! But I think the combination looks great. for some reasons we do very well in our quickstep.

Our coach said that we continue to maintain our shape and movement around the floor when alot of couples are starting to fall apart!

but there foxtrot was great. Poor Anna looked bored to death.
