The ballroom board is very broad and includes a variety of styles and each style at many levels.  It is doing well but we have had two problems:  First, we would like to provide a nice chatty environment that is welcoming to beginners and hobbyists.  However, we would also like to go into the 'state of the art' and encourage top teachers and competitors to share their knowledge on the fine arts.

To deal with this issue I am exploring with dividing the board into two: one that is all inclusive - beginners, social dancers and those that just want to chat (the latter is important as it personalizes the board - but it must also be kept to a reasonable level so that we do not lose the ballroom aspect!).  I am hoping that the other board will lure some of our guests who may have been hesitant to join because of the banter and sometimes (with respect to dance) trivial chatter.

As said, this is an experiment lets see if it works.

Thank you for your patience....
