Speaking of interstate comps, I think there's one competition in Qld and another one in NSW which are either 1 or 2 week apart in November.
So we're planning a long road trip up Qld/NSW in november and stop by to compete in those comps!

These are the 21st and 28th November.  Have never been to the Lismore one but have been told its a good country comp.  The one on the 21st is a good comp although the floor is very small.  The venue is really good.  I think they have a deal with some local hotels for accommodation.  I can find out for you if you like as friends of ours are on the organising committee. - mummsie

Yes everyone remember to give lots of information that we can promote to our local school, I know several compeititors that go interstate quite reguarly to attend a comp

the ADS one - not normally but you can choose to elevate if you wish if there are more than 4 couples on the floor.  Not sure about the Lismore one - will have to wait until the program comes out.  When it does I will scan it for you.  I get all the ADS information sent to me as I am a member  - mummsie
