The studio was rumoured to be up for sale every year and each year nothing happened.  It only was sold this March (2010) so it is in the transitional/honeymoon stage.
It was bought by Granada so now there is Granada Malvern and Granada Hallam.  Bagheera's no longer exists.  It was a shock to so many staff as no-one was informed until after the sale.  Most people are aware that there was a cloud over the studio at that time but many Bag's people didn't have a clue.
There have been a few changes which were badly needed so that is positive.  The new owners will make a success of it as the previous owners just wanted out.

I know I have been away for a while.  Health issues mostly and some family problems.  Stil recovering from surgery less than 3 weeks ago so won't be online frequently until I recover a little more.
