When I was a little girl, I always used to wonder why my last name ended up as Russell instead of Reynolds...and to this day, I still love Gene Kelly.

My pro and I did a wonderful showcase to Singin' In the Rain. Of the numerous showcases we've done over the years, it's still one of my favorites. Hmmm..... maybe it's time to revive it again.

Revival is never a bad thing. I'd say go for it!

.....and to this day, I still love Gene Kelly.
I use to sit and watch Gene Kelly for hours (just watched his center). I told my grandfather that I want a center that was as good as Gene Kelly's center. I worked and worked on it. When I then started ballroom dancing, that center training really came in handy. Gene Kelly would have been awesome to have had a center and dance lesson from.
I still watch the dance scenes and look at his center. There are only two dancers that I have ever seen with that wonderful a center one is Gene Kelly the other is Bob Fosse. I can watch those two guys for hours. IMHO they are true dance center masters.
