I do a monthly clean up of my receipts. it use to get out of control.. but you have to keep them awhile...otherwise you will want the one you threw away  Undecided

doesn't it make you mad when you try to take, say, a faulty light bulb back to a store that you bought a month ago but just opened and they ask for the receipt?  I mean how many of them keep every single bit of paper....  Besides, they have proof of purchase on their computer - rr....

wait a mo this should be in the pet peeves bag not the purse!

I leave them in there hoping that if I ever need one that is where it will be.  its totally crazy because within a couple of weeks its been reduced to an illegible shredded mess anyway that hangs out with eons of more or less demolished kin
