Candlepin bowling. I just think it looks cool. Plus, they don't pick up the pins that you knock down, so there's the chaos factor. Unfortuanately, New England and Nova Scotia seem to be the only places where it survives today.

Professional ear wax removal? Where they pump warm saline into your head. A friend swears his hearing is 50% better now that he's had it done...
