I have learnt so much in the past 2 month doing pro-am, it's amazing!

I wonder if V would do that while I am not on the floor......great for him to be moving forward..... I will gladly catch up when I can

It's easier for me cause my coach is female, not sure how two guys would work together doing pro-am.  Roll Eyes

V's coach is a guy but he swaps from man to womens part very easy.....which I think most good coaches can do.

I have started my next level training....of weights to build up my leg strength I was so surprisd today when I could not get my left leg to press 50 kg's and the other leg did it effortlessly....

have reduced down doing weights but have moved into other forms of reistance training. doing exercies to build up the inner leg muscles
