thanks... right now feel exhausted... but it will come back I'm sure

yes that nervous energy certianly has an impact and you often sleep well after a comp....well as long as you have debriefed about win or a loss....

thats very accurate - we stopped for dinner on the way back and had very nice time - and got to go over things in detail. 
And I slept well..

trained tonight only waltz and foxtrot, but mostly waltz.....it is amazing how much twising you have to do.....but it was nice to be back on the floor, I do miss training

Back to lessons tonight.  Been on holidays for 4 weeks and sick for 1.  Have forgotton everything we have learned for about the month before we went away. Sad  mm

pro didn't show - she thought we had the lesson next week!

But the day was lovely and the meadow by the studio was full of spring flowers and birds.  We had a nice hour in the country... (not bad in the Toronto suburbs)...

It's easier for me cause my coach is female, not sure how two guys would work together doing pro-am.  Roll Eyes
